Head to the Banks of Yellow River.
Go near Bamboo Retreat.
Collect the package beside the shore, then travel to the indicated area near Bamboo Retreat.
Investigate the Area.
Light the Candle.
Take Shelter.
Inspect the mural and light the candle beside it. Move under the shed for shelter from the rain and light the second candle.
Talk to the Veiled Lady.
Speak with the woman at the table. Choose “Learn their Mahjong Strategies,” then “Want,” to reveal “Take a Seat and play Mahjong.” Continue through the matches and her proposed wager; the next meeting is arranged for the following day.
