Open the Painting to Start the Next Story.

Go find the Young Girl.

Ask about what happened last night.

Resume the story through the Leaping Fish Scroll. Leave the room, knock at the girl's door and speak to her when she appears at the window.

Knock on the closed door in the upstairs corridor.

Look for Traces of the Feast in the Inn.

Investigate the Room on the Inn's First Floor.

Inspect the tables and chairs where the feast took place and examine the Pipa. Search the first-floor storage room as well.

Inspect the empty tables in the main hall.
Check the pipa beside the writing desk and lantern.

Go back to find the Young Girl.

Talk to the Girl.

Return to Lian Daozi's Room.

Continue finishing the Letter.

Go upstairs for another conversation with the girl, then return to Lian Daozi's room. Resume the letter and guide him to the hall's far end.
