Find Feng just outside the main hall, beside the circular platform. Talk to him about the Grandmaster before visiting the three groups of disciples marked on the map.

The Fuel of Dreams (opens in a new tab) sends you to the disciples outside the main hall, the disciples outside the warehouse, and the disciples on guard. Visit each of the three quest diamonds and complete the conversation at each location.

Open the game menu, choose Time and move the clock to Xu Hour. Return to Feng at the bench once the meeting condition is met. The quest journal calls this task The Fuel of Dreams (opens in a new tab).
