Return to Heaven's Pier.

At Heaven's Pier, speak with the Wayfarer (opens in a new tab) to receive the Moonveil Mountain map.

Continue to the gates, then look for Uncle Zhou setting up tents nearby. Speak with him to complete the return journey.
