Follow the path beside the waterfall to the large circular mechanism plate where Feng is waiting. Approach the plate and use the disciple token interaction to open the entrance.

Inside the first mechanical chamber, approach Feng and finish his conversation. He explains how to use iron chains and planks to make a route between the platforms.

Speak with Feng at the starting platform to receive the planks. Use Celestial Seize (opens in a new tab) to draw an iron chain from a post, aim at the matching post across the gap and attach it. Then place wooden planks along the linked chain to make a bridge.

On the PS5 layout shown, Celestial Seize (opens in a new tab) uses R2 to draw and throw, and building the plank bridge uses a held L3 prompt. Follow the active prompts on your layout when aiming at the posts and chain.

Use the linked posts and planks to reach the upper ledge opposite the mechanical crossbow. Where wooden debris blocks the route, draw one of the red explosive barrels from the shelf with Celestial Seize (opens in a new tab) and throw it at the obstruction. Continue across the bridge to the crossbow and destroy it at close range.

Stay on the cleared platform while Feng crosses the bridge. Let him reach the mechanism before moving on; he needs to operate it for the next part of the climb.

Feng holds the crank to keep the moving platform raised. Use the high chain posts to cross to the next platform, then connect the posts and lay planks to make a route he can walk. The lift drops when he lets go of the crank, so complete the crossing for him before moving farther ahead.

Join Feng on the moving platform and ride upward. Use the next reachable chain post to continue to the higher walkway, keeping the route connected for both of you.

At the next landing, wait for Feng to catch up. The objective changes when he stops and needs help.

Go back to Feng at the upper landing and interact with him. Finish the conversation to begin carrying him.

Use the interaction beside Feng to pick him up, then walk forward along the planks and stairs. Follow the connected walkway as the next bridge forms ahead. Continue to the platform where the Golden Colossus encounter begins.

Fight the Golden Colossus on the open platform. Keep its whole body in view so you can read the arm swings, deflect or dodge the attack, then strike during the pause that follows. Defeat it to reopen the route onward.

After defeating the Golden Colossus, continue toward the story marker beyond the arena and finish the encounter with the Mohist leader. Mountain Unveiled concludes with the Mohist Hill invitation. The following main-story objective is to visit Elder Stork during the day.
