Main Story

Collect three Dreamtouch Brushes by following To Friends, to the End (opens in a new tab). The route includes Lettered and Locked (opens in a new tab), The People's Wish (opens in a new tab) and the Sunken City Lake Campaign. These tasks keep their own Quest categories while advancing Qinchuan Dreams. Return to the scroll after collecting all three brushes to finish this Main Story task.

Travel to Xiao Pass Old Road Boundary Stone (opens in a new tab). Speak with the figure calling to you and receive the map, then open the scroll.

Finish Lost Among Ancient Bulwarks, then speak with the Unknown Person who gave you the map. Meet him south at Mustard Hut to begin searching for Fang Bai.

At Xiao Pass Old Road Outpost, enter the dungeon beside the road beneath the wooden bridge and towers. Speak with the imprisoned Wen Moshen. His cage key is in a box atop the tower nearest the dungeon entrance. Unlock his cage, finish Lettered and Locked, then report to the Painter.

Jianghu Legacy · The People's Wish

During To Friends, to the End (opens in a new tab), meet the painter at Lion Barrow. Search a tumbleweed for an embroidered ball and place it in the nearby lion. Recover four more balls from the surrounding tumbleweeds and return them to the marked lions. When the large lion rises, use Cloud Steps to reach the old man's floating island and collect the brush.

Lift this small lion onto the empty pedestal, then align the four statues with the large lion.
Use the central lion mechanism to open each memory portal and finish its story before returning.

After The People's Wish (opens in a new tab), advance one full day and speak with the Painter. Meet him east, beyond West of North Mountain Plateau Boundary Stone (opens in a new tab). Make offerings at four forest shrines. Wind Sense (opens in a new tab) reveals nearby offerings, including yellow Moon Birch Branches. Follow the crying to the girl in red and hold her hand to travel to East of North Mountain Plateau.

After arriving, inspect the tree trunk, ground carvings, letter and corpse. Give the letter to the Painter, then leave him at the marked spot. Use Menu → Time to advance one day, then sit beside him at Sunken City Lake.

Return To Main Story

After the North Mountain Plateau portion of To Friends, to the End (opens in a new tab), speak with the lakeside painter. Collect the brush beside the ruined wall near the underwater entrance to Sunken City.

Campaign · Sunken City Lake

Dive at the underwater waypoint. Inside Peachgrove Pass, approach the arena, overhear the conversation and sit beside Xiaowu. Pick up the cup lid and return it to the overseer beside the platform. Fight Zhu Youli, then enter the Inspectors' Office. Inspect the object and wait through the voice-search timer.

Dive to the submerged stone arch southeast of the shoreline ruins.

Follow Fang Bai and read his letter. At Peach Grove, follow Xiaowu and listen to the three nearby groups. Sit beside him for the Thief Monkey encounter. Afterwards, check Xiaopan and the monks, then collect the dropped Jade Pendant. Return to the Inspectors' Office for the banquet. Listen around the tables; the inner hall requires a token you obtain later. When the timer ends, investigate the aftermath and wait nearby. Inspect the herb sachet after the city sinks.

Back at Peachgrove Pass, follow the investigation to Xiaopan. Help feed the ants and return her pendant. Overhear Lan Ao, then examine the ground writing and moss. At Peach Grove, read the letter; after collapsing, inspect the medicine jar, proposal and note. Xiaopan gives you Prince Jin's Token. Use it to enter the banquet hall. Examine Fang Bai, the imposter and shattered jade box. After sinking underwater, inspect the shoe to finish this investigation.

At the city gate, use Wind Sense (opens in a new tab) to follow the scent to Lan Ao. Enter the house with the medicine stall through its window. Inspect the glowing objects and collect the Warehouse Key. Check the rear window and use Mighty Drop (opens in a new tab) to descend to the broken sword below, then return to Peach Grove's needles and conversation. Enter the warehouse, inspect its marked objects and listen to Fang Bai before reading his Final Letter. Collect the New Blue Shoes from the table, then push open the door.

Moonlight Master

Use Cloud Steps toward the drawbridge platform. Defeat its guard and operate the lever. The escape from Tidestrike Shore uses Cloud Steps and timed inputs displayed on screen, followed by the kite flight. Defeat Moonlight Master to open the route through the Main Gate.

Return To Main Story

Complete the Sunken City Lake (opens in a new tab) campaign and defeat Moonlight Master. Enter the Main Gate to reach Dream - Bearing Pillow. After the boat ride, pick up the brush in front of the house's door.

Enter the house and speak with the Elder. Touch the scroll, then take it down to wake at the Qinghe mural.
