Injuries & Treatment

If you suddenly limp, cannot sprint or keep clutching your head, check the red illness icon near the minimap. Constitution identifies the condition and offers treatment routes.

Controls & Menu

Hold Ctrl to show the cursor, then click the red illness icon beside the minimap. You can also open Esc → Develop → Details → Constitution. Select the condition and use Seek the Doctor (Space).

Default controls. Changed your layout? Use Settings → Keyboard & Mouse → Button Settings.

Read the Condition Before Choosing a Cure

Open Constitution from the red illness icon and select the condition. Read its effects and Evolution Path.

If it says Self-Heal Possible, follow the recovery instructions. If recovery fails or the condition worsens, select Seek the Doctor. A full HP bar does not mean an illness is cured.

Visit Yao Yaoyao at Evercare Clinic

Find Evercare Clinic south of Blissful Retreat on Map. Teleport to a nearby unlocked Boundary Stone (opens in a new tab) and walk to Yao Yaoyao, who stands outside the clinic in yellow.

Choose the dialogue saying you feel unwell. Select the condition and check the fee before confirming treatment. If the clinic cannot treat it, return to Constitution → Seek the Doctor to request a player healer.

Request Treatment from a Player

Select a recommended player → View Nameplate (Cross / X on PS5) → Invite to Co-op Room. Meet after they accept, then check the consultation fee and choose Accept when treatment is offered.

If a direct invitation fails, use Post Bounty. Select your illness, check the recommended Healers Mastery and Bounty Cost, then post the request. Meet the healer who accepts it. After treatment, check Constitution for remaining conditions.

Treat Someone Else

Stand close to the patient, activate Wind Sense (opens in a new tab) and select Diagnose. Read the illness and recommended treatment level, then choose Start Treatment. Follow the tutorial’s card objectives to reduce the illness.

To treat regular patients outside story tutorials, unlock Healer through Legacy: Healer’s Calling. At level 13, meet Mu Ji’an in northern Mercyheart Town, Qinghe, and complete his herb-gathering and treatment lesson. Review prescriptions under Main Menu → Profession → Healer.

What’s Stopping You?

The Red Icon Is Still There After Treatment

Open Constitution again and inspect every affected category. You may have more than one condition, or the treatment may not have succeeded. Use the remaining condition’s treatment options.

Wind Sense Shows No Diagnosis Interaction

Move closer with the patient centered in view. For an ordinary patient, check that Healer’s Calling is complete. For a story treatment, read the current Quest objective for an earlier conversation or action that still needs completing.
