Hold Ctrl to show the cursor, then click the red illness icon beside the minimap. You can also open Esc → Develop → Details → Constitution. Select the condition and use Seek the Doctor (Space).

Healing medicine (opens in a new tab) restores HP, but an injury or illness can still leave you limping or unable to sprint. Open the red illness icon → Constitution, select the condition and read its effects and Evolution Path.
If it says Self-Heal Possible, follow the recovery instructions. If it needs treatment or recovery fails, select Seek the Doctor to find help.
Visit Yao Yaoyao at Evercare Clinic
Find Evercare Clinic south of Blissful Retreat on Map. Teleport to a nearby unlocked Boundary Stone (opens in a new tab) and walk to Yao Yaoyao, who stands outside the clinic in yellow.
Choose the dialogue saying you feel unwell. Select the condition and check the fee before confirming treatment. If the NPC cannot treat your condition, use a player healer instead.
Meet Player Healers Outside the Clinic
If Yao Yaoyao cannot cure your condition, a player healer may have the required mastery. Open Mode Switch → Online Mode (opens in a new tab) and wait outside the same Evercare Clinic shown above. Player healers often gather here and may offer treatment.
Read the consultation fee before accepting, then stay nearby until treatment finishes. If nobody offers, use Find Healers in the next section. The acceptance controls and five-Like thank-you are shown under Accept Treatment and Thank Your Healer.
Request Treatment from a Player
Select a recommended player → View Nameplate → Invite to Co-op Room. Meet after they accept, then check the consultation fee and accept their treatment offer.
If a direct invitation fails, use Post Bounty. Select your illness, check the recommended Healers Mastery and Bounty Cost, then post the request. Meet the healer who accepts it.
Accept Treatment and Thank Your Healer
Y accepts a diagnosis invitation. For a treatment offer, check the fee and use its Accept prompt. After treatment, press F five times to give Likes, then Space to continue.

Thank the healer on the Completed screen before choosing Continue. Afterward, check Constitution for any condition that still needs treatment.
Treat Someone Else
Wind Sense (opens in a new tab) shows a different interaction when you aim at a sick person. Stand close, activate Wind Sense and look for Illness in the right-hand panel. Select Heal to diagnose them, read the illness and recommended Healers Mastery, then choose Start Treatment. Follow the tutorial’s card objectives to reduce the illness.

The Red Icon Is Still There After Treatment
Open Constitution again and inspect every affected category. You may have more than one condition, or the treatment may not have succeeded. Use the remaining condition’s treatment options.
Wind Sense Shows No Diagnosis Interaction
Move closer with the patient centered in view. For an ordinary patient, check that Healer’s Calling is complete. For a story treatment, read the current Quest objective for an earlier conversation or action that still needs completing.
